SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email from Shipping Easy with your tracking number.  We aim to ship packages daily. Most all shipments are sent vis USPS.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship USPS service either first class or priority mail.  Extra large orders may be shipped FEDEX.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

No worries at all!  just make sure tags are attached and then email me at lularoepegylowery@gmail.com or send me a direct message thru Facebook Messenger - Pegy Lowery. Once approved, you simply mail item back to me and pick out another item to exchange it for. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Get the tracking number from your shipping easy shipping email to track your order.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, I can ship internationally! Please contact me for information and shipping prices.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We ask that all exchanges be made within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached; items must be in new condition.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for my boutique.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is $4.00 for up to 2 items, free shipping for 3 or more regular priced items.  There is shipping on all clearance items, shipping is $7.55 and up depending on the amount purchased and the location it will be going to.
